SwVideoBackground

Accepts an explicit MP4 URL only. It does not fetch movie playback URLs, sign URLs or report movie playback. Keep a poster underneath and give the parent a size and position: relative. Video appears after playback starts. Failure or eight seconds of buffering unloads it to reveal the poster. Inactive, offscreen, hidden-tab and reduced-motion states do not mount a player.
