SwAdMarquee 是跑馬燈文字廣告位元件，屬廣告底座「文字卡片類」自渲染元件。多條文案橫向無縫滾動，適合通知欄 / 滾動公告位。內建曝光 / 點擊埋點。

注意事項

文案取 item.title；速度由 scrollSpeedPx（px/s）控制，越大越快。
埋點內建，受 tracker 雙重 gate。
